3 Axle Concrete Mixer Semi Trailer (16m³ Drum)
A concrete mixer semi trailer carries mixed concrete from the batching plant to the pour, keeping the drum turning so the mix does not set in transit. Because the drum sits on its own chassis rather than on a rigid truck, one tractor unit can pull several mixer bodies in rotation — the reason most readymix and infrastructure fleets run mixer trailers instead of mixer trucks.
This is our standard three-axle build, specified around a 16m³ drum on a Q345 high-strength I-beam chassis. Drum volume, axle count and discharge configuration are confirmed against your mix design and site access on the quotation, so the published parameter set below should be read as the base build rather than a fixed catalogue number.
