ENXIN Factory Update: Semi-Trailers for Venezuelan Customer Now in Production

September 1, 2026 | ENXIN Factory, Liangshan, Shandong, China

A new order for a Venezuelan customer has moved into frame production at ENXIN’s semi-trailer factory in Liangshan. The first units are currently at the welding and assembly stage, with bare steel frames taking shape on the workshop floor.

What’s on the production floor

The trailers under construction are stake-side flatbed semi-trailers — a workhorse configuration for long and bulky cargo. Even at this early stage, several details stand out:

Checker-plate steel deck

  • , welded for a non-slip loading surface

Reinforced front bulkhead

  • , built to protect the tractor cab from load shift during braking

Tall round-section side stakes

  • , designed to secure long cargo such as steel pipes, timber and building materials

Frame members in raw T700 high-tensile steel

  • , still unpainted, with welding in progress at every joint

The frames are being assembled in Liangshan — one of China’s recognized trailer manufacturing bases — where the supply chain for steel, axles and suspension sits within a short radius of the plant.

Why frame quality matters

The frame is the backbone of any semi-trailer, and the welding stage is where payload capacity and long-term durability are decided. ENXIN builds frames from T700 high-tensile steel rather than ordinary structural steel, which gives a better strength-to-weight ratio — more payload per trip without sacrificing rigidity. Why High-Tensile Steel Matters: Q345B vs Ordinary Steel explains how high-tensile grades like T700 compare with ordinary steel.

Every weld is checked during assembly, because a trailer is only as strong as its weakest joint. Getting this stage right is what keeps a trailer working year after year on rough roads and in hot climates — conditions familiar to operators in Venezuela and across Latin America.

What happens next

Once welding and structural assembly are complete, each trailer moves through the standard ENXIN production line:

Surface treatment and painting

1. — sandblasting and two-coat painting for corrosion resistance in coastal and tropical conditions

Axle, suspension and brake assembly

2. — matched to the load rating of the configuration

Electrical wiring and lighting

3. — full harness, side markers and rear lights

Final inspection and load test

4. — every unit checked against the order specification before handover

Export packing and delivery

5. — prepared for shipment and onward sea freight

Serving customers in Venezuela and beyond

This order is one of several currently in production at the ENXIN plant, which delivers semi-trailers to customers in more than 20 countries, including markets in Africa, Central Asia and Latin America. Whether you need flatbed, lowbed, side-dump or rear-dump semi-trailers, ENXIN manufactures to order with the configuration, axle options and accessories specified by your contract.
