Lowbed semi trailer built for heavy, oversized cargo
A lowbed semi trailer carries the loads that will not fit on a flatbed: excavators, bulldozers, cranes, transformers, wind-power components and other extra-long, extra-wide or extra-heavy pieces. The deck sits low between the gooseneck and the rear ramp, which drops the centre of gravity and keeps overall height down so you can clear bridges and overhead lines with a taller cargo.
This is the standard ENXIN lowbed platform. It is the model most customers start from, and the one the other lowbed variants in our range are built on: the 2-axle 60 tonne, the 80 tonne and the 100 tonne lowbed all use this same base structure. If you are still deciding on capacity, read the summary below and then look at the specific model.

What you can change on the order
The published table above is the standard build. These are the items we regularly adapt, and the reason two lowbed trailers for two different customers rarely leave the factory looking the same:
- Axle count and axle brand — 3 or 4 axles, Fengbao / FUWA / BPW
- Tire brand and size
- Suspension — mechanical or air
- Leaf springs, landing gear and kingpin
- Body height, width and length
- Colour, logo and paint finish
- Reinforced structure for tougher road conditions
- Hydraulic or mechanical ladder for loading
If you have a drawing, send it. We will build to it, or quote against it.
Which lowbed capacity do you need?
- Around 60 tonnes, shorter hauls, fewer axles wanted — see the 2 Axle 60 Tons Lowboy Low Bed Semi Trailer.
- 80 tonnes, large excavators and heavy construction plant — see the 80 Ton Low Bed Trailer.
- 100 tonnes, the top of the published range, oversized and extra-heavy cargo — see the 100 Ton Lowbed Semi Trailer.
Tell us the load, not just the tonnage
Payload is only half the decision. The shape and the route matter as much: a 60 tonne excavator and a 60 tonne transformer need very different decks, and the same trailer that suits a sealed highway in West Africa may need a reinforced structure for a mining haul road.
Send us the machine or cargo, the dimensions, the gross weight and the destination port. We will come back with the axle configuration, tire setup and deck arrangement that fits, together with the price and the lead time.
